• Baptismal service (for the English speaking) is scheduled after the 11 a.m. Mass.
• Please Request the Appointment of Baptism Form with the church’s staff after the mass. Also, please contact the church’s office and send a copy of ’Birth Certificate’ at least a week before baptism, for we will be able to provide a baptismal certificate on time.

* Kindly confirm the schedule of the service with the staff.
* For the adult baptism, it is necessary to be approved by one of our priests after he/she has a proper preparation and catechism classes.

Guidelines for marriage at the Chapel of Annunciation

1. One of the partners must be Catholic. Each must never have been married or still currently be in any other relationship with other than your intended partner.
2. Both parties must come and meet the pastor together. If you are permitted, reserve the date and obtain the required documents from the Chapel’s office. (Must contact in advance of at Least 3 months for a Thai couple or 6 months for foreigners even if marrying a Thai National).
3. After the date of reservation has been set, the couple must attend a counselling session at the date assigned and bring all documentary evidence required such as a copy of Baptismal certificate (if you are Catholic), affirmation of marital status and any other additional documents.
4. If the reservation date is inconvenient, one must rearrange in person with the Chapel’s office.
